5225 119th Ave SE, Bellevue, WA 98006. Walk right in β you'll hear us before you see us!
You don't need a Scouting background, camping experience, or any gear to start. Most of our parents didn't have any of it either.
Kids work through fun adventures: building things, learning knots and first aid, cooking, science experiments, and outdoor exploration to earn their rank badge each school year.
The whole pack meets together, then breaks out into age-specific grade dens (Lion, Tiger, Wolf, Bear, Webelos, AOL). Your child learns teamwork with peers their own age.
About $215 total for the entire year ($130 Scouting America / Chief Seattle Council + $85 Pack 496 dues). Covers all badge kits, Derby cars, and banquet meals. Financial aid is always available.
Two meetings a month, plus a handful of bigger outings β as much or as little as your family can take on.
Kids carve and paint wooden racecars and blow wooden boats down rain gutters in thrilling, supportive pack-wide races.
Family-friendly campouts at Camp Pigott or Camp Edward and trail hikes around Cougar Mountain and Lake Boren.
Giving back locally through trail maintenance, neighborhood food drives, and school flag ceremonies.
We believe the best memories happen under tall evergreens. Our campouts are completely optional, designed for beginners, and open to the entire family including siblings.
Don't have camping gear? Don't buy expensive gear β between the pack's loaner equipment and our parents' spares, we've got you covered.
